Alyasat Pools has been established in March 2003 and it is located in Al Quoz IIIrd Industrial Area.There are 25 employees who are working currently in Alyasat Pools. It has a training center and a training workshop handled by the experts from Australia. The training center aims to increase skills of the new and current employees. Alyasat Pools participates in trade exhibitions like Home Owners Dubai in 2004 & 2005 and Middle East Pool Show in 2006. Alyasat Pools is a Dubai based company and it has no branches or subsidiaries. Also our operations are extended to other GCC countries concerned with the supply of pool equipments and Fibreglass Pools.

Departments

Similar to all organizations the different departments within Alyasat Pools are the Administration Department, Human resource, Finance & Accounts Department, Engineering Department, Marketing and Sales Department, Maintenance epartment and Installation Division.

Administration

Over all office administration and operations are carried out by this department. This department is headed by the Chairman himself and Managingdirector and takes care of the total administration of the company. Its major functions are office administration, liasoning with govt., visa processingfor employees, providing necessary infrastructure as per the organizations requirement from time to time.

Human Resource

This department is managed by the Managing director of the company. This department identifies the human resource requirement in variousdepartments from time to time. Recruitment, interview and selection process are carried out by this department. Further its major role includes identifying training needs for staffs and workers, arranging training schedules, performance appraisals for increments, creating awareness among the employees about the rules and regulations of the country as well as the company policies, providing adequate health and safety measures etc.

Finance & Accounts

This department identifies the financial needs and requirements of organization from time to time and plays a major role in identifying sources for fund rising. Allocation of funds for the projects under taken, Preparation of budgets for financial year, preparing balance sheet, conducting interim audit and annual audit with the help of auditors by submitting them the adequate records, preparation of financial reports for the submission to bank, preparation of pay role, daily transactions, preparing letter of credit for shipments etc..

Engineering Department

This department is headed by a senior engineer and plays a major role in decision making concerned with the preparation of drawings or plans and designing, site inspections, liasoning with govt. for approval of plans, takes care of over all installation process of swimming pool

Sales and Marketing

Like any other successful organization this department plays as the back bone of the organization. Here sales and marketing activities of Fibreglass swimming pool and equipments takes place. Advertisement related decisions are made here This department is controlled by the sales manager and isreporting to thechairman. This department further act as a customer care division and answers customer quires and help them to choose the best alternative.

Maintenance Department

It under takes all kinds of swimming pool maintenance work. A supervisor who is in charge of all sites visits to inspect the progress of maintenance from time to time and reports to the Manager. Maintenance works are carried out as per the schedule prepared on the basis of annual contracts and its renewals.

Swimming Pool Installation Division

This division comes under the super vision of engineering division. Installation supervisor reporting to the site engineer has a direct control over the labors for executing the job.
